A helmet M 1858 for members of the Cuirassiers and a cuirass M 1825 Glocke aus Eisenblech (rs. gestempelt „973“, „1854“, „4C“ und „L“ im Oval) mit Turban aus Seehundfell (Fehlstellen, hinten verschnürt) und Messingbeschlägen. Reich reliefierter Kamm (Dellen) mit Medusenhaupt, Fischblasen- und Lorbeerdekor, kurzer schwarzer Rosshaarschweif, Kinnbänder aus Drahtringen auf Lederunterlage an Messingrosetten, Marmouset und seitlicher Federstutz fehlen wie auch das Innenfutter. Dazu ein eiserner Kürass in Mannschaftsausführung ohne Futter mit umlaufenden Futternieten, belederten Schulterketten und Bauchgurt, die schwere Brustplatte am Unterrand signiert „Manufre R ale de Chatellerault 8bre 1838 2T. 2L No. 407“, die Rückenplatte unten mit unleserlichen Spuren einer Signatur, an der rechten Schulter gestempelt „994, 161“ und „B“. Alle Kürassriemen gerissen und repariert. Unvollständig, leicht beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren. Condition: III
