A fine flintlock pistol by Johann Schifter in Wiener Neustadt, ca. 1720 Runder Lauf aus feinem Damast mit abgeflachter Mittelschiene, glatte Seele im Kaliber 16 mm. Silbertauschierte Signatur "Johann Schifter", ein Teil der Randeinfassung fehlt. Über der Kammer geschnittener Maskaron und ornamentale Silbereinlagen. Schloss mit fein gestochenem Trophäendekor. Silbernes Korn, Sattelkimme aus Messing. Steinschloss mit fein gestochenem Trophäendekor. Leicht verschnittene Vollschäftung aus schön gemasertem Nussbaumholz, am Vorderschaft schwach sichtbarer Bruch. Nase aus hellem Horn. Hochwertig geschnittene und gravierte eiserne Garnitur mit Trophäen- und Groteskendekor. Vakante Daumenplatte. Originaler Ladestock mit Horndopper. Länge 56,5 cm.
