A mail aventail for a bascinet, 15th/19th century Brünne aus vernietetem Geflecht mit Außendurchmesser von ca. 9 mm. Kräftiger Kettenkragen, an Brust und Rücken länger gearbeitet. Die Vorderseite für den Gesichtsausschnitt geschlitzt. Am oberen Rand mit umlaufendem Lederstreifen mit Lochungen für die Helmkloben vernäht. Höhe ca. 38 cm. Originales Kettengeflecht, der Zuschnitt und die Belederung wohl im Historismus erfolgt. Condition: II
