A German cuirassier's helmet, ca. 1620 Zweiteilig geschlagene Kalotte mit schmalem, gebördeltem Kamm. Im oberen Bereich beidseitig alte Hiebspuren. Am unteren Rand umlaufende Futternieten. Aufschlächtiges Visier, die Spitze des Augenschirms restauriert. Leicht gegratete Visierplatte mit getrennten Sehschlitzen, mehreren Atemöffnungen und angedeutetem Mund. Aufschlächtiges Kinnreff mit zwei seitlichen Hakensperren. Vernieteter Kragen mit gebördeltem Rand, die vordere Kragenplatte fehlt. Oberflächen mit alter Schwärzung. Höhe 31 cm. Condition: II -
