A German black-and-white Morion, ca. 1600 Zweiteilig gearbeitete schwere Kalotte mit hohem, gebördeltem Kamm. Seitlich getriebener Fischblasendekor um zentrales Lilienmotiv. Im Nacken vernietete Federbuschtülle, am unteren Rand umlaufende Futternieten mit Zierrosetten aus Messing (unvollständig). Spitz zulaufende Krempe mit gebördeltem Rand. Im Inneren Reste der originalen Belederung. Oberflächen mit dunkler Alterspatina, durch Reinigung und Restaurierung gut zu verbessern. Höhe 29 cm. Helme mit ähnlichem Dekor befinden sich in den Beständen des Münchner Zeughauses und werden allgemein der dortigen Stadtwache zugeschrieben. Condition: II -
