A Japanese Utsubo, 2nd half of the Edo period Köcher für Sportpfeile aus gelacktem Holz und Papiermachée. Schlanker, gegrateter Korpus mit Oberfläche aus strukturiertem Goldlack. Mittige Ledermanschette, bewegliche Messingringe mit anhängender Kordel. Deckel und Korpus mit leicht erhabenem Mon in schwarzem Lack. Der Deckel am unteren Rand beschädigt. Im Inneren zwei unterschiedliche Pfeile mit Sportspitzen. Dazu japanische Händlerpapiere. Länge 96 cm. Condition: II - III
