An Indian horseman’s axe, India, 19th century Stark geschwungenes Blatt mit beidseitigem, tief geschnittenem, floralem Dekor auf punziertem Grund. Die Enden in nach innen gezogene, stilisierte Vogelköpfe auslaufend. Gegenseitig stark nach unten gezogene Vierkantspitze. Eiserne Oberflächen etwas narbig. Hölzerner Schaft mit minimalen Resten des Textilbezugs, an den Enden jeweils eisenummantelt, dazwischen mit rechtsseitig vernietetem Verstärkungsband aus Eisen. Länge 64,5 cm. Condition: II -
