A Rhenish late Gothic trunk carved from a single tree, 15th century Massiver, aus einem Eichenstamm einteilig gearbeiteter Korpus. Schwerer Deckel aus Eichenholz an geschmiedeten eisernen Scharnierbändern. Vorderseitig drei eiserne Fallriegel mit Ösen zur Befestigung von Hangschlössern (der mittlere Riegel fehlt). Auf der Oberseite beweglicher eiserner Zugring sowie sieben separate Einwurfschlitze für Münzen. Rechts an der Unterseite angebrachte Sicherungskette. Im Inneren moderner Einsatz aus Weichholz zum Auffangen der Münzen. Maße 40 x 146 x 40 cm. Achtung: Selbstabholung oder bitte vor der Auktion Versandangebot einholen! Condition: II - III
