Auf einem schwarzen Marmorsockel und rechteckiger Plinthe die plastisch ausgeführte und äußerst fein ziselierte Skulptur einer angeketteten Dogge vor einer gezimmerten Hundehütte. Die Wandung als Trompe l'oeil gemaserter Holzbretter; das mit Schindeln gedeckte Satteldach öffnet sich durch einen verborgenenen Federmechansimus an einem beweglichen Balken der Seitenwand. Marken: 84, Stadtmarke St. Petersburg letztes Viertel 19. Jh., Herstellermarke Nicholls & Plincke (Hoflieferant, 1829 - 1898, Goldberg Nr. 1188, 1651), Werkmeistermarke Robert Kahun (Postnikowa Nr. 1397). Gesamte H ca. 12,2; L mit Sockel 29,8; B 17 cm.
