Die Vorderetiketten sind vollständig und lesbar, weisen jedoch Flecken und Abnutzungsspuren auf, die vor allem an den Rändern und im unteren Bereich sichtbar sind. Die Rücketiketten sind lesbar, weisen jedoch Flecken und oberflächliche Abnutzungsspuren auf. Die Kapseln sind intakt und weisen leichte Abnutzungsspuren auf. Aus einer Privatsammlung, gelagert unter optimalen Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsbedingungen. Der Masseto 2005 ist ein Merlot-Rotwein, der eng mit den blauen Lehmböden verbunden ist, die dem Wein seinen Namen geben. Das Weingut beschreibt einen schrittweisen Reifeprozess mit einer gestaffelten Lese zwischen dem 14. und 30. September, um sicherzustellen, dass die verschiedenen Parzellen des Weinbergs ihre volle Reife erreichten.
