Aus einer Privatsammlung, gelagert unter optimalen Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsbedingungen. Dieses Los besteht aus zwei Flaschen des Jahrgangs 2007 des Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru von Camille Giroud. Er stammt aus einem der Grands Crus von Gevrey-Chambertin und verkörpert die Tradition der großen Pinot-Noir-Rotweine der Côte de Nuits, die für ihre Tiefe und Komplexität bekannt sind.
