Saudek, Jan. Ohne Titel. (Selbstporträt mit Spitzhacke auf dem Friedhof). Silbergelatine mit brauner Papierklebeband-Einfassung. Vintage. Signiert rechts unten mit Silberstift "JAN SAUDEK". 1976. Blattmaße: 39,8 x 30,5 cm. Ungewöhnliches Selbstporträt des tschechischen Photographen Jan Saudek (geb. 1935), der sonst für seine eigenwilligen Aktphotographien im Stil der Anfänge der erotischen Photographie des Fin de Siècle berühmt ist. - 1975 hatte Saudek seinen jüdischen Vater, der während des zweiten Weltkriegs im Konzentrationslager Theresienstadt interniert war, mit Davidstern am Revers auf einem Friedhof stehend aufgenommen. Auf dem vorliegenden, wohl nach dem Tod des Vaters entstandenen Photo, sieht man den Photographen mit freiem Oberkörper und einer Spitzhacke über der Schulter auf die Grabsteine desselben Friedhofs zugehen. - Die Papiereinfassung leicht berieben und mit kleiner Fehlstelle in der unteren rechten Ecke, minimal gewellt. #
