Romane Holderried-Kaesdorf besuchte 1942-1944 die Radier- und Zeichenklasse an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Stuttgart. Das Kunstmuseum Stuttgart würdigte die sozial engagierte Karikaturistin, deren Werke ebenso Elemente der Art brut sowie eine bildnerische Verwandtschaft zu George Grosz und James Ensor aufweisen, mit einer Einzelausstellung. - Verso mit Spuren einer früheren Montierung. - Provenienz: 2005 Galerie Ohse, Bremen, seither in norddeutscher Privatsammlung.
