MONIES Monumentales Armband aus schwarzem Bambus, ca. 1980–90 Übergroßes, skulpturales Bambusarmband von Monies. Hergestellt aus übergroßen Abschnitten aus echtem, schwarz gebeiztem Bambus, die wunderschön auf einem elastischen Band zusammengefügt sind und so eine spektakuläre architektonische und organische Silhouette bilden. Teil der „Original“-Kollektion. Hervorragender Vintage-Zustand (wahrscheinlich kaum getragen) Größe: Auf einem Gummiband montiert für eine verstellbare Passform. Ungefähre Breite: 12 cm (4,71 Zoll) Ein wenig Geschichte: Das 1973 in Dänemark von Gerda und Nikolai Monies gegründete Haus ist dafür bekannt, rohe, natürliche Materialien in kühne, skulpturale Schmuckstücke zu integrieren, die die Grenze zwischen Kunst und Mode verschwimmen lassen. Jedes Stück wird in Kopenhagen handgefertigt und zelebriert organische Formen sowie die Einzigartigkeit seiner Materialien.
