GUCCI. Kurzes Hemdkleid aus Seide mit mehrfarbigem Blumenmuster auf elfenbeinfarbenem Hintergrund, klassischer Kragen, passender Gürtel zum Binden an der Taille. Kollektion 2013. Größe 42 (italienisch) Dieses Kleid greift den berühmten „Flora“-Druck auf, eines der großen historischen Motive von Gucci. Im Jahr 1966 bat Grace Kelly Rodolfo Gucci um einen geblümten Schal, obwohl das Haus noch nie zuvor ein solches Design entwickelt hatte. Rodolfo Gucci beauftragte daraufhin den Illustrator Vittorio Accornero di Testa mit der Gestaltung eines Blumenmusters speziell für diesen Schal. Der Erfolg ging weit über den Schal hinaus. Bereits 1969 wurde Flora auf ein Seidenminikleid übertragen, anschließend auf Blusen, Taschen und Accessoires. Nach einer Phase der Zurückhaltung wurde das Motiv ab 2005 von Frida Giannini wiederbelebt.
