Original-Kalbslederband mit Blindprägung (Ecken und Kapitale bestoßen, unteres Kapital mit Schabspur berieben und beschabt). Monumentale Publikation anlässlich des Baus des Buchgewerbehauses in Leipzig. Nach der Eröffnung 1901 wurde es Sitz des 1884 gegründeten Buchgewerbevereins. Wohl nur in kleiner Auflage für die Mitglieder des Buchgewerbevereins und andere ausgewählte Persönlichkeiten gedruckt. Auf Pergaminpapier gedruckt in Rot und Schwarz, Titelblatt und Initialen zusätzlich in Blau und Gold ornamentiert. Mit einer Ansicht des Gebäudes und sechs Grundrissen der einzelnen Stockwerke sowie einem Verzeichnis der Vereinsmitglieder. - Leicht gebräunt und fleckig.
