RAMÓN AGUILAR MORÉ (Barcelona, 1924–2015). „Auf der Party.“ Öl auf Papier, auf Holz aufgezogen. Signiert in der unteren linken Ecke. Maße: 41 x 29 cm; 55 x 42 cm (Rahmen). Aguilar Moré begann seine Ausbildung bei Oleguer Junyent und bildete sich später als Autodidakt weiter. 1949 hatte er seine erste Ausstellung in der Galerie Rovira in Barcelona und stellte fortan seine Werke in Spanien, Großbritannien, Frankreich, den Vereinigten Staaten, Monaco und der Schweiz aus. Er erhielt zahlreiche Auszeichnungen und Ehrungen, darunter die Goldmedaille des Stadtrats von Palma de Mallorca, den Sant-Jordi-Preis des Provinzrats von Barcelona sowie den Miquel-Carbonell-Malereipreis und den Malereipreis der II. Mittelmeerspiele. Seine Werke sind im Museum für zeitgenössische Kunst in Madrid, in den Museen der Schönen Künste und im Perrot-Moore-Museum in Cadaqués, bei der Provinzverwaltung von Barcelona, im Reina-Sofía-Museum in Athen, im Fons d’Art in Olot und in der Städtischen Kunstgalerie in Palamós zu sehen.
