RAMÓN NOÉ HIERRO (Barcelona, 1922 – Sabadell, Barcelona, 2007). „Mercat.“ Pastell auf Papier. Signiert in der unteren linken Ecke. Maße: 63 x 48 cm; 84 x 68 cm (mit Rahmen). Der Maler und Zeichner Ramón Noé absolvierte seine Ausbildung bei Agustí Bages und an der Schule für Kunst und Handwerk, wo Manel Pallarès sein Lehrer war. Anschließend setzte er seine Ausbildung an der Kunstgewerbeschule in Zaragoza fort, der Stadt, in der er zum ersten Mal in der „Sala de los Gaspar“ ausstellte. Schließlich schrieb er sich 1943 an der Königlichen Akademie der Schönen Künste von San Fernando und an der Keramikschule La Moncloa in Madrid ein. Nach Ableistung seines Wehrdienstes kehrte er 1947 nach Barcelona zurück und studierte gebranntes Emaille an der Massana-Schule, wo er drei Jahre später zum Professor ernannt wurde. Noés Werk ist derzeit im Museum für Moderne Kunst in Tarragona, im Museum für Moderne Kunst in Sabadell und im Museum für Moderne Kunst in Terrassa vertreten.
