Louis Chabaud (Französisch, 1941–2023) Mann mit zwei Gesichtern Polychrome Keramik. Auf der Skulptur signiert und mit Monogramm auf der Rückseite. Höhe: 26,5 cm. Restaurierungen. Provenienz: Sammlung Laurent Danchin (1946–2017), Schriftsteller, Essayist und Kunstkritiker, aus Familienbesitz. Geboren in Aubagne, ermutigt durch den Santon-Künstler Marius Chave, wandte sich Chabaud um 1975 in seinem Schaffen einem „poetisch-wahnwitzigen“ Universum zu, das Malerei und Keramik verband; Er ließ sich in Praz-sur-Arly nieder und gründete dort das Festival d’Art Hors-les-Normes.
