François Monchâtre (Französisch, geb. 1928) Ohne Titel Metall, Plexiglas und graviertes Papier. Auf der Rückseite mit Monogramm versehen. Höhe 34,5, Breite 20,5, Tiefe 9 cm. Herkunft: Pariser Sammlung. Monchâtre, der eine Ausbildung im Bereich Glasmalerei absolvierte, stellte bereits in den 1960er Jahren in der Galerie Iris Clert neben Tinguely und Klein aus und schloss sich 1975 dem Atelier Jacob von Alain Bourbonnais an, um dort seine „Traummaschinen“ zu schaffen.
