Jean Baptiste LALLEMAND (1716–1803), Ausschnitt aus „Hirte und seine Herde in antiken Ruinen“ Tinte und Lavur H_30,5 cm B_26 cm (Stockflecken) Unsere Zeichnung erinnert an das Werk von Jean Baptiste Lallemand in Italien. Der französische Maler Lallemand hielt sich zwischen 1747 und 1761 in Rom auf. Dort entwickelte er unter dem Einfluss der großen italienischen Landschaftsmaler, insbesondere Giovanni Paolo Panini und Giovanni Battista Piranesi, eine ausgeprägte Vorliebe für die Überreste der Antike. Auch die Kompositionen Piranesis kommen in unserer Zeichnung zum Ausdruck.
