BRONZEHELM IM KORINTHISCHEN STIL Griechische Kunst, zweite Hälfte des 7. Jahrhunderts v. Chr. Helm aus einer dünnen, aus einem Stück gegossenen Bronzeblech, das durch Hämmern zu einer abgerundeten Kalotte geformt wurde, die hinten in einem leicht ausgestellten Nackenbügel endet, vorne zwei gerade Wangenkappen, die an ihrer Basis zur Befestigung des Kinnriemens durchbohrt sind; die mandelförmigen Augenöffnungen rahmen den Nasenbügel ein. Der Rand des Helms ist mit feinen Nieten zur Befestigung eines Futters versehen. Restaurierungen und kleine Fehlstellen (Nieten).
