Jean-Baptiste NINI (1717–1786). Ein Paar Medaillons aus Terrakotta, die Katharina II. und Marie-Antoinette darstellen. Zwei runde Medaillons aus geformter Terrakotta mit Flachrelief. Das erste zeigt das Profilporträt der russischen Kaiserin Katharina II., umrahmt von der kyrillischen Inschrift „Durch die Gnade Gottes, Katharina II. … “ und in ihrer Frisur mit der Kaiserkrone sowie dem Band des Andreasordens geschmückt. Das zweite zeigt das Profil der Königin Marie-Antoinette von Frankreich, die eine Dauphine-Frisur mit Zöpfen und Haarknoten trägt und ein besticktes Bustier trägt. Signatur des Künstlers in die Masse eingearbeitet. 18. Jahrhundert. Durchmesser 13,5 cm und 13 cm.
