Aus dem Besitz Johanna von Wekbeker (1851 - 1918), durch Erbgang bis heute in Familienbesitz Die großformatige Fassung dieses Gemäldes von 1632 befindet sich heute im Museum Catharijnenconvent in Utrecht. Von diesem muss es aber eine leicht abweichende Variante gegeben haben, die durch einen Kupferstich von Cornelis Danckerts (1604-1656) überliefert ist und der das vorliegende Gemälde folgt.
