Offizielle konsularische Ermächtigung, ausgestellt von Präsident Charles de Gaulle, zur Anerkennung der Ernennung von Alexander Henry Baxter Hermann zum britischen Generalkonsul in Marseille. Das Dokument verweist auf Hermanns Ernennung durch Königin Elisabeth II. vom 12.
