TIBET – 15. Jahrhundert Ein Paar Sutra-Einbände (Ober- und Unterdeckel). Die obere Abdeckplatte ist tief mit einem rechteckigen Feld geschnitzt, das von Friesen aus Lotusblütenblättern und Perlenfriesen umrahmt ist und drei auf vergoldeten Thronen sitzende Gottheiten sowie Reihen von Mönchen darstellt. Die untere Platte ist mit denselben Rahmen und einer sprudelnden Vase verziert, aus der Pflanzenranken hervorgehen, die Medaillons bilden, in denen die acht Glückssymbole (Ashtamangala) und Bodhisattvas dargestellt sind. Spuren von Vergoldung. 12,8 x 37,7 cm
