Tibor. China, nach Vorbildern aus der Qianlong-Zeit, 20. Jahrhundert. Jh. Keramik, von Hand verziert. Siegel auf dem Sockel vorhanden. Dimensionen: 47,5 x 23 cm. Tibor aus glasiertem Porzellan nach den Vorbildern der Qianlong-Periode, Kaiser von China zwischen 1736 und 1795, aus der Qing-Dynastie. Der Tibor oder Mei-Ping, von dem wir hier eine besonders saubere und wesentliche Form sehen, ist eine umgedrehte, eiförmige Bauchvase mit Deckel, die die ersten blühenden Zweige des Kirschbaums enthalten soll. Dieser Typus ist in der chinesischen Keramik- und Porzellanproduktion weit verbreitet, sowohl für den heimischen Markt als auch für den Export. Dieses Exemplar ist mit Kranichen und anderen Vögeln verziert, die um ein Gemisch aus Blumen und anderen Pflanzenmotiven herumflattern. Der Deckel zeigt die runde Figur eines Foo-Hundes.
