Vorderseite: Stilisierte Darstellung der „Voie Suisse“, die ein Eidgenossenschaftskreuz bildet, unterbrochen von runden Wegmarken und begleitet von zwei Richtungspfeilen. Inschriften in vier Sprachen: „VOIE SUISSE / WEG DER SCHWEIZ / VIA SVIZZERA / VIA SVIZRA“. Rückseite: Lateinische Inschrift in zwölf Zeilen: „FELIX / FORTUNATA / FLOREAS / HELVETICA / CONFOEDERATIO / SEMPITERNA / HIC / SEPTINGENTIS / ANNIS / ANTE / CONDITA“. Das Motiv stammt von Marco Mariotta und wurde von Valcambi SA in Balerna geprägt.
