Illustriert von Jacques Ernotte mit einem doppelten Frontispiz, 19 originalen ganzseitigen Lithografien und zahlreichen Schwarz-Weiß-Kompositionen im Text. Auflage von 150 nummerierten Exemplaren auf Purfil-Papier aus dem Marais; dieses Exemplar ist eines der 100, die für Dr. Fernand Trémolières gedruckt wurden. Am Ende des Werks ist die Speisekarte des Abendessens vom 3. März 1948 beigefügt, illustriert mit einer ganzseitigen Original-Lithografie.
