Valladolid: Druckerei Nicolas Tyerri, 25. Oktober 1538 (im Kolophon). Kleines Folio. 8 h. + CCCLXIIII fol. Gotische Schrift, Text in durchgehender Zeile und gerahmt. Zweifarbiger Titelblattdruck in Holzschnittumrandung, mit kleinem Verlust an der oberen Ecke. Zahlreiche handschriftliche Anmerkungen aus der Entstehungszeit am Rand. Beschnittene Ränder, insbesondere der obere, was den Textbereich nicht beeinträchtigt, wohl aber den oberen Rand des Holzschnitts auf dem Titelblatt. Feuchtigkeitsflecken an den Rändern. Einband aus spanischem Papier, mit Rippen, festem Buchrücken, Etikett, bemalten Schnittkanten, Exlibris mit einem „L“, in das ein „S“ in eine vierblättrige Bordüre eingearbeitet ist. Palau 51240. Erste Auflage. CCPB 4973-5. Es handelt sich um das detaillierteste Verzeichnis, das je veröffentlicht wurde, weshalb neben dieser ersten Auflage innerhalb kurzer Zeit drei weitere gedruckt wurden. Enthält Transkriptionen einiger Texte.
