D iscover the exceptional collection of Line Vautrin boxes presented by Digard Auction, going under the hammer on Tuesday 9 December at Drouot.
Assembled over more than thirty years, this unique collection of 83 gilt-bronze boxes by Line Vautrin (1913–1997) is one of the most significant ever offered at auction. Featuring iconic and sometimes extremely rare pieces, estimated between €2,000 and €15,000, it provides a fresh perspective on the work of the French designer, celebrated for her “sorcerer’s mirrors” and a world where playfulness, poetry and mystery seamlessly intertwine.
