Présentation de la maison de ventes

Are you inheriting a property or moving house?

You’re keeping a few cherished mementos and would like to sell the family flat and clear it out.

We take care of everything, from A to Z.

From advice and valuation to the sale, including the move and clearance, we’re with you every step of the way and offer a bespoke service.

The KÂ-MONDO auction house, formerly KAPANDJI MORHANGE, has three auctioneers who value your items, supported by an extensive network of international specialists and experts who bring their expertise and experience to showcase and highlight the items you entrust to us.

Since 2004, we have been organising auctions at the Hôtel Drouot, in our gallery and, more recently, in Biarritz, always held either in person or online.

An auction is a spectacle that sets the hearts of buyers and spectators racing, whether they are present in person or on our live platform.

We specialise in the sale of collections spanning all specialist areas: Jewellery – Watches – Fine Jewellery – Rare Books – Asian and Islamic Art – Furniture and Works of Art – Drawings, Sculptures, and Old, Modern and Contemporary Paintings – Vintage Fashion – 20th-Century Design…

United by a shared passion for objects, the spectacle of the auction and the auction process itself, we showcase your works of art to spark interest and drive up prices.

In recent years, we have sold the collections from a palace in Madrid (€2,858,732), the Marina Vlady and Vladimir Vissotsky collection (€987,954), that of a gallery owner and collector of modern paintings, Mr Robert Martin (€1,188,890), the more modest sale of a collector of maps and plans of Paris (€293,681), the collection of the family of Thomas du Fossé de Bosmelet (€439,660), the collection of Dr Simatos (€471,840), part of the collection of the Marquis de Lagoy, including the discovery of a drawing by Paul Peter Rubens (€934,660), the interior of a Bordeaux townhouse (€473,325), and most recently the collection from a Versailles townhouse (€1,132,590), comprising paintings from the 17th to the 20th centuries.
