Suduca Commissaire-Priseur

A public auction goes far beyond the mere sale of a lot to the highest bidder; it is a subtle blend of emotion and passion.

First, there is the emotion felt by the seller: every object is unique and evokes a personal history. Whether they are a collector parting with early acquisitions to fund a new piece, an heir letting go of furniture that shaped their childhood memories, or simply someone wishing to give a new life to an item that has become a burden—all feel pride and tenderness when their property finds a new owner and begins a new chapter.

Then there is the passion of those who acquire the coveted object—whether the purchase is the result of a long, deliberate search or a chance encounter.

It is at this intersection—between sellers and buyers, past lives and new beginnings—that the auctioneer plays a pivotal role.

Our boutique firm ensures you have direct access to the auctioneer, fostering a privileged relationship. This allows for open dialogue with the very person who will champion your interests on the day of the sale.

We handle all types of auctions, ranging from traditional in-house sales (known as "floor sales") to exclusively online events. We also organize on-site auctions, which facilitate the sale of an entire property's furnishings.

Furthermore, all our auctions are broadcast online, effectively eliminating geographical boundaries. Buyers can bid from anywhere in France or across the globe. It is not uncommon for an item to find its new owner in a country on the other side of the hemisphere.

Our auction house aims to be a vibrant hub, alive with a dynamic schedule of temporary exhibitions, auctions, lectures, and private viewings.

It serves as a "pop-up" museum, blending lifestyle and tradition with modernity and creativity. Come and explore, share, and bid to your heart's content; we look forward to welcoming you and are committed to meeting your expectations in every way. Everyone is welcome—whether to discover surprising items or to learn more about the great classics.

We aim to provide you with the best possible auction experience.
