A rare gold pocket watch with chronograph and polychrome S.G.D.G. dial and tachy scale Movm. No. 7526461, Cal. 39 CHRO, Case No. 7592113, Dimensions 50 mm, circa 1934, Weight 87 g, Origin Schweiz Case: 18 K gold, pusher for chronograph via crown. Dial: Enamel, 30 min. counter, concentric tachy scale. Movm.: 4/5 plate movement, club-tooth lever escapement, screw compensation balance. The S.G.D.G. tachymeter dial allows the measuring of any speed between 10.5 and 240 units without the help of calculations. The 30-minute counter starting with 5 individual minute segments in different colours to indicate which colour will show the speed on the spiral tachymeter scale.
