Bertrand, Paris”提供的绿色原装盒中。 劳动功绩勋章（Orden al Mérito en el Trabajo），镀金青铜，宽62毫米，配黄蓝双色勋带，附有相应微型勋章，装于制造商“Insignias Venezolanas C.A.”原装黑色勋章盒中。 功绩勋章，指挥官十字勋章，镀金青铜，饰以白色和浅蓝色珐琅。背面镌刻卢森堡狮子纹章，宽50毫米。配原装颈带，收纳于“Arthus-Bertrand, Paris”出品的波尔多色勋章盒中。 拉斐尔·乌尔达内塔将军军事勋章，二等十字勋章，白金属（镀银），宽43毫米。配原装浅蓝色绶带，附微型勋章及绶带扣，置于蓝色原装盒中。 “勇气勋章”（Ordre de la Valeur），指挥官十字勋章，精细镀金青铜材质，正面饰有“喀麦隆共和国 1957”（ÉTAT DU CAMEROUN 1957）铭文的圆形徽章，宽58毫米。配有颈带；完整保存于巴黎宫廷珠宝商Arthus-Bertrand的配套原装盒中。 品相：II
