Antica scultura in legno intagliato e policromo raffigurante la Vergine Maria come "Vierge de Calvaire", originariamente parte di un gruppo del Calvario. La Vergine è raffigurata in piedi con le mani giunte in preghiera, avvolta in un lungo mantello blu e in un velo che ricopre un abito rosso. Sono visibili tracce della policromia originale. Probabilmente XVI/XVII secolo. Condizioni: notevole usura dovuta all’età e perdite della policromia, con danni causati dai tarli, in particolare nella parte inferiore, e tracce di usura. Relazione sulle condizioni disponibile su richiesta. Provenienza: ex collezione del professor Jan Karel Steppe (1918-2009): storico dell’arte e collezionista belga, Gand. A: 67 cm
