Una spada M 1889 per ufficiali di fanteria del Granducato di Sassonia-Weimar-Eisenach, 1901–1918 Lama diritta, con doppia scanalatura su entrambi i lati (macchiata, in parte granulosa), alla base il marchio del fabbricante «W.K & C» sotto un elmo da cavaliere e una testa regale. Elsa a staffa in metallo non ferroso dorato, sullo scudo ribaltabile lo stemma del Granducato, pomello a pelle di pesce con incisione a terzi «WE» sotto una corona (Wilhelm Ernst) e avvolgimento in filo metallico, passante per le dita intatto, portapea di epoca successiva. Fodero in acciaio con anello di trasporto mobile. Parzialmente leggermente danneggiato, segni di usura dovuti all’età. Lunghezza 98 cm. Molto raro, cfr.
