Una sciabola M 1742 per i membri delle truppe a cavallo Lama robusta, leggermente ricurva, con superficie liscia di colore grigio che mostra la struttura stratificata dell’acciaio raffinato. Impugnatura in ferro con robusta barra centrale, guardia ricurva e dorso dell’impugnatura (piccola crepa), con puntale saldato. Impugnatura originale rivestita in pelle. Fodero in ferro del XIX secolo con due anelli di trasporto mobili, punzonato nella zona della bocca con la scritta «10.6.6 (segno della libbra). 52.». Parzialmente leggermente danneggiato, segni di usura e di invecchiamento. Lunghezza 104 cm. Versione tardiva, lama e fodero sostituiti nel corso dell’uso. Condizione: II
