GOGOTTE Su una base in legno laccato nero. Altezza totale: 56 cm, larghezza: 37 cm. Periodi glaciali del Quaternario, tra -50.000 e -30.000 anni fa. Nota Le gogotte sono formazioni minerali provenienti dallo strato sabbioso di Fontainebleau. Le loro forme misteriose sono il risultato della circolazione delle acque sotterranee che hanno cementato la sabbia. Luigi XIV era un grande appassionato di gogottes. André le Nôtre ne decorò il perimetro di vasche e fontane a Versailles. Esse hanno ispirato anche grandi artisti come Jean Arp, Henry Moore o Louise Bourgeois.
