SET DI GETTONI ANTICHI La moneta "MINOR EST QUAE FULMINA GESTAT, 1655» con un Pegaso alato risale al regno di Luigi XIV (1643-1715); in quell’anno, il giovane re aveva solo 17 anni e non aveva ancora assunto personalmente il potere (cosa che avverrà nel 1661). I cataloghi della Zecca Reale delle medaglie di quel periodo documentano numerosi gettoni e medaglie relativi agli eventi del periodo 1654-1656. Il motto «MINOR EST QUAE FULMINA GESTAT» è una formula latina che si traduce approssimativamente con «Minore è colei/colui che porta il fulmine». Sono allegati un sigillo e altri tre pezzi.
