Targa centrale in rilievo con stemma e banderuola "Al vostro amministratore distrettuale uscente, ai rappresentanti e ai funzionari del distretto di Herford". Con 54 foto ritratto in CdV inserite su spesse pagine bordate in oro, alcune etichettate. Chiusura intatta. Segni d'uso e d'età. Dimensioni circa 33 x 27 x 8 cm. Estremamente rappresentativo e ottimamente conservato. In allegato una dettagliata stampa biografica di tre pagine. Georg von Borries (1857-1922) fu amministratore distrettuale del distretto di Herford dal 1891 al 1902 e presidente del governo del distretto amministrativo di Minden dal 1909 al 1917. Stampa firmata Dr. Seuss Stampa a colori 5 x 8 del Gatto col Cappello, firmata in punta di feltro nero, "Dr. Seuss", che aggiunge una bolla sopra, "È stato un piacere!". Attraente doppia lastra e incorniciata per un formato complessivo di 11,25 x 14,25. In buone condizioni, con due pieghe di spedizione e una leggera piegatura orizzontale.
