Quattro distintivi commemorativi dei veterani per le campagne 1790 - 1812 Bronzo, entrambi i lati in rilievo, al centro i diamanti, sui bracci della croce "Max II. Re di Baviera" come fondatore del premio, sul lato opposto "Den Veteranen des bayer. Esercito". Un esemplare con bordi dei bracci della croce arrotondati e scudo centrale dorato. Due esemplari completi di nastro, uno con frammento di nastro e uno senza nastro. Leggermente danneggiati, segni di età. Larghezza delle croci circa 36 mm ciascuna, peso 13 - 14 g ciascuna. Wie die vorliegenden Pochoir-Entwürfe zeigen, war Charles Martin einer der profiliertesten Art-Déco-Illustratoren der Zeit. Das Album ist Berthe Cerny gewidmet, Schauspielerin an der Comédie Française. Sie diente als Modell für die Hutentwürfe und ist auf den vier montierten photographischen Abbildungen zu sehen. In ihrer Widmung bezeichnet Demay die Schauspielerin als "la parfaite Parisienne". Mit einem Vorwort des Schriftstellers Alfred Capus. - Die Illustration mit Paradiesvogel mit geglätteter Knickspur. Papierbedingt zart gebräunt. Innengelenk angebrochen. Die Pochoirs in leuchtendem Kolorit. Gut erhalten. Art Deco - With a pochoir illustration on golden ground, four full-page hat models by Charles Martin in pochoir colouring, four mounted photographic illustrations byTalbot, a mounted facsimile portrait, and vignettes in yellow. Cont. half leather with rich guilt decoration on spine, gilt label, marbled boards and marbled endpapers (somewhat rubbed, front joint chipped). - Original edition of this splendid advertising brochure printed by Draeger for Marcelle Demay, a well-known hat designer in the Rue Royale in Paris. As the present pochoir designs show, Charles Martin was one of the most distinguished Art Deco illustrators of the time. The album is dedicated to Berthe Cerny, actress at the Comédie Française. She served as a model for the hat designs and can be seen in the four mounted photographic images. In her dedication, Demay refers to the actress as "la parfaite Parisienne". With a preface by the writer Alfred Capus. - The illustration with bird of paradise with smoothed crease. Paper delicately browned. Inner joint slightly cracked. The pochoirs in bright colouring. Well preserved.
