The Hôtel des Ventes team.

The MAREDSOUS-SOLIBIEDA auction house is a firm based in Orléans with a history spanning over two hundred years. It is dedicated to upholding its tradition and expertise in two main areas: conducting inventories and appraisals—covering everything from fine art and antiques to general household goods, business and industrial equipment, and capital assets—and, of course, organizing and managing public auctions for these same items. These auctions range from prestigious, specialized, and themed sales to sales of general furnishings and on-site auctions at estates or private residences. Auctioneers Ghislain de Maredsous and Cécile Solibieda, along with their team, are committed to meeting your needs and are available to provide information and advice, always maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality while delivering the efficiency and professionalism clients expect. Their national accreditation allows them to operate not only in the Orléans region but throughout France.
