OUR EXPERTISE

FERRI is an auction house founded in 1969 by Marc FERRI. It is located at 53, rue Vivienne in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in the Bourse district.

Born into a family of stockbrokers and notaries, Marc FERRI, Auctioneer, built a discreet reputation for expertise and professionalism. In 2002, during the reform of the profession, he transformed the practice into the FERRI company and brought his son Alexandre into partnership.

In 2010, Alexandre FERRI was appointed Judicial Auctioneer and succeeded his father at the head of FERRI. Supported by a team of eight staff members, he continues the work already accomplished, based on the same values of expertise, rigour and professionalism. He took advantage of this transition to adapt his methods to the evolution of the profession and to technological progress.

FERRI & associés holds around thirty public sales each year, both generalist and specialised: Furniture and Works of Art, Old Master Drawings and Paintings, Modern Paintings, Books and Manuscripts, Prints, Asian Art, Jewellery, 20th-Century Decorative Arts, Hunting, Folk Art, and more. These sales are held in close collaboration with renowned experts, particularly for the dispersal of the prestigious collections entrusted to the house.
