The Hôtel des Ventes des Notaires, established in 1989 by the Chamber of Notaries of Alsace, complements notarial practice while supporting the regional art market. With more than 1,300 auctions conducted, the notary acts as auctioneer, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality for both sellers and buyers.

Become the owner of rare and unique objects, accessible to everyone. All our auctions are voluntary, public, and free to attend. Approximately once a month, on Saturdays, we organize an auction preceded by a public exhibition. Each year, around twenty events offer enthusiasts unique experiences that capture the special atmosphere and excitement of auctions. Our catalogues feature a wide range of items: antique and designer furniture, Old Masters, modern art, antiques, wines, jewellery, books, as well as themed sales (toys, militaria, etc.).

We support our clients through inventories (tax assessments, estates, divisions of property, guardianships), valuations, expert appraisals, advisory services, and auctions. Working closely with numerous specialists, our team does everything possible to enhance and promote entrusted assets through targeted marketing.

Deeply rooted in our region, we travel throughout the area and broadcast our auctions online, enabling enthusiasts from around the world to take part.
