Contemp. three-quarter black straight-grained sheep, marbled-paper boards framed with gilt fillets, gilt- and blind-tooled spine with double raised bands, marbled edges (rubbed, worming to the paper on the boards with some large losses, restored tears to the joints at head and tail, corners bumped). Third edition (1st 1802) of the Atlas volume, published to accompany the two text volumes of the London edition of the work (1747-1825). Contains 2 letterpress ff.
