Tunic modelled on a staff officer’s tunic, made of fine sky blue wool cloth. Black cloth collar patches bearing staff lightning bolt insignia in metallic embroidery. Fastened with four gilt staff buttons. Captain’s rank insignia at the bottom of each sleeve and grey sateen lining. Uncommon model.
