Hubert ROBERT (París, 1733-1808) Camino con un puente en las cercanías de Nápoles Sanguina, realzada con sanguina anaranjada. Anotado «Napoli» en la parte inferior izquierda. Dibujo con doble capa, ligeramente descolorido por la luz, pequeñas manchas y un pliegue en el centro. 32,4 x 44,6 cm Existen otros dos ejemplares de esta composición, con variaciones: uno en la Albertina de Viena (inv. 12739) y otro en una colección particular (véase Sarah Catala, *Les Hubert Robert de Besançon*, catálogo de exposición, Museo de Bellas Artes y Arqueología de Besançon, Silvana editoriale, Milán, 2013, p. 40, fig. 11a). La contrapartida de nuestro dibujo se conserva en el museo de Besançon (op. cit. supra, p. 40, fig. 11). Estas repeticiones de un mismo tema ilustran el éxito comercial del artista en sus inicios y el carácter de «capricho» de estos dibujos.
