Michael Pontanus Copa de bautismo de estilo Regencia Plata, parcialmente dorada. Sobre un anillo de base cóncavo, cuerpo cónico con borde perfilado; las paredes presentan una decoración de estilo Régence grabada sobre fondo punzonado, entre la que se intercalan dos monogramas «MP» y «JCS» entrelazados y reflejados. Debajo del borde del borde de los labios está grabado «Johan Caspar Siefert, nacido el 26 de enero de 1732». En el fondo, 1/3 de táler de Brandeburgo-Prusia de 1675. El borde del borde de la boca presenta una pequeña grieta. Marcas: 12L, BZ Schlawe an der Wipper, MZ Michael Pontanus (mencionado entre 1731 y 1740, véase Rosenberg n.º 4504 y ss.), sello fiscal prusiano de 1809. Altura: 11 cm; peso: 149 g. Schlawe an der Wipper, Michael Pontanus, hacia 1732. Bibliografía Rosenberg menciona una copa con la inscripción «Der Kauffmanns Zunfft 1733» y marcas idénticas en la colección del Victoria and Albert Museum de Londres. El libro de bautismos de Schlawe an der Wipper menciona, con fecha del 26 de enero de 1732, al cervecero y orfebre Michael Pontanus como padrino de Johann Caspar Siefert.
