El Mouton Rothschild 2000 es una añada de gran calidad, caracterizada por su concentración, potencia y profundidad. Elaborado con un 86 % de Cabernet Sauvignon y un 14 % de Merlot, la bodega lo describe como un vino con mucho cuerpo y opulento, con taninos densos y envolventes, aromas de fruta madura y ciruelas, y notas de sotobosque y café tostado.
